As one key member of China Textile Machinery Association, we have participated many national R&D projects designated to be responsible for the needle punching parts. The newest double motors servo system is the first application in China with lowest noise while running. In 2022, our Up & Down stroke needle punching system controlled by double motors achieves the national patent with no. ZL202221328027.X. It is more efficient of producing and little noisy of running. Huakai is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Jiangsu Provincial Private Sci-Tech Enterprise, a municipal enterprise technology center, a safety-production-standardized enterprise and a member of China Textile Machinery Association (CTMA).
